Aerialist
Born in Pavlosky Possad, near Moscow in Russia, Anna Volodko began training in circus arts at age nine, in her hometown Piligrim Circus Club, a youth circus—albeit of a much higher skill level than what is known as Youth Circus in the West. She began performing at age twelve in Youth Circus shows and festivals, winning awards in the process at the festivals of Moscow and Sochi. Meanwhile, Anna studied Social Culture Management at the University of Moscow. She eventually became a professional circus artist when she was hired by Circus Nikulin, the legendary "Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard", in 2008.
