Acrobatic Jugglers

Gennadiy Anatolevich Fedunov (born November 10, 1970) and Svetlana Yurievna Ivchenko (born October 17, 1972) met at the State College for Circus and Variety Arts in Moscow, Russia, where both were students. They graduated in 1991 with a remarkable acrobatic juggling act created under the guidance of L. Kyrillova.

Since they started their career when the former Soviet Union fell apart, they immediately began touring internationally, working in Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, and extensively in Europe—including engagements at the Tower Circus in Blackpool, England, and Circus Kronebau in Munich, Germany.

Gennadiy and Svetlana eventually moved to the United States, where they have worked with Circus Vargas, and in the Big Apple Circus production of Step Right On! (in 2006), among other venues. The Fedunovi were awarded a Silver Lion at the Wuqiao International Acrobatic Festival in China in 1995. They live in Glendale, California, with their son Daniel.
