The Wuhan Acrobatic Troupe

Founded in September 1953 and based in Wuhan, the capital of the Hubei Province, the Wuhan Acrobatic Troupeis is one of the earliest acrobatic troupes of the People's Republic of China. Ever since the troupe's inception, the Wuhan Acrobatics Troupe has developed traditional Chinese acrobatic acts while making remarkable innovations in the development of the circus arts.

The Wuhan Acrobatics Troupe of China has been traveling all over China and abroad to nearly eighty countries around the world. They have participated in numerous circus festivals, where they have won over the years twenty gold, silver and bronze prizes, including a Gold Clown at the 38th International Circus Festival of Monte Carlo in 2014. both home and abroad.
